When planning our Bold & Bright Tropical Wedding, we knew coconut would be the perfect flavor to infuse in our signature wedding cocktail. This island-inspired, fruity cocktail filled with coconut rum, pineapple juice and coconut milk will have you feeling the tropical breezes with each sip you take!
- 1/3 c. Mint Leaves
- 1/2 Lime, quartered
- 2 oz. Coconut Rum
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz. Coconut Milk
- 2 oz. Tonic Water
Begin by adding the mint leaves and lime wedges into your drink shaker and muddle together.
Add in the coconut rum, pineapple juice and coconut milk then shake.
Pour into a Stemless Wine Glass and top with tonic water. Garnish with mint leaves.
