Add 2-3 drops of red food coloring gel (gel has a stronger color than traditional food coloring and you can use less of it) to one of the dough balls and knead with your hands until it is evenly distributed and takes on a pink color. If you prefer, you may wear food safe gloves. I found it easier to need the dough without gloves on. Continue to add color to the remaining dough balls. It's easier to get the color distributed into small sections of dough.

Once pink color has been added to each of the dough balls, combine them back together and smooth into a greased 9x13 pan. Top with pink sprinkles.
