We are going to soak up the last bit of summer fun with our girlfriends with a pool party and these refreshing Pink Flamingo cocktails. Flamingo’s and pool parties seem to go hand in hand so why not mix up a Pink Flamingo Cocktail for your summer parties. Add these fun inflatable floating flamingo coasters and you have the perfect pair to toast the last hurrah of summer!
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 3 oz. Pink Lemonade
- 2 oz. Watermelon Strawberry Juice
- 1 oz. Prosecco
- Splash of Cranberry Juice
- Lime
- Mint
- Watermelon
- Strawberries
We have to mix and shake up this cocktail before we are ready to flamingle, so let’s get started by pouring 2 oz. vodka into a chilled cocktail shaker.
Add 3 oz. pink lemonade. You can make your favorite homemade version or buy your favorite ready-made brand at the store.
It’s time to freshen things up with watermelon-strawberry juice. To make this fruity juice, simply add 1 cup cubed watermelon and 1 cup sliced strawberries to the blender. Add a splash of Prosecco and blend until smooth. Strain the juice out into a clear plastic wine pitcher and then pour 2 oz. into your cocktail shaker.
Add a splash of Prosecco and let the bubbles elevate this pink drink.
Add a splash of cranberry juice and ice. Put the top on your shaker and give it a good shake, feel free to dance around while you are mixing things up. Pour the pink flamingo cocktail concoction into a glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge, mint, fresh fruit and a fun flamingo straw.
