Stain two DIY Unfinished Wood Crates with a dark walnut wood stain. Use a hammer to distress the larger boxes and lids by hammering on them. Next, use the backside of the hammer to poke small holes and create scrapes on the boxes to make them look distressed.
Use gold spray paint to paint a dozen Taper Candle Holders and two Silver Candelabras. When spray painting it's best to use multiple, light coats of spray paint, making sure to let each coat dry in between.
Center the two stained boxes in the center of the party dining table. Place a gold candelabra onto the center top of each wood box, then add two gold candle holders to the top of each box.
Grab a handful of green Spanish moss and spread it around the top of the boxes. Make sure the top of the box has a nice, even layer over the top. The moss is meant to mimic seaweed!
Add some small starfish and shells to the top of the moss. Sprinkle in some pirate coins and a Pearl Beaded Necklace on each box to finish the look.
Now add a white taper candle to each candle holder. Guests will love all the cool decor at your pirate party!
