It's hard to compete with Mother Nature when it comes to the creation of a rainbow, but let's not let that stop us from trying! This simple rainbow and cloud craft made from ribbons and yarn pom-poms is a cute and easy project to make for a child's bedroom, a baby's nursery, or any space that could use a little colorful pick-me-up! We love the yarn pom-poms for the fluffy cloud, but you can use any type of white pom-pom that you might have!
Cut two pieces of ribbon about the width of five large, white yarn pom-poms. It can be any color, but it's best to choose something light.
Glue five large white pom-poms together. Trim the ends of the base ribbons so that it's a bit shorter than the glued-together pom-poms.
Glue thin string on either side of the cloud; glue a white pom-pom on top of each string to secure. Trim ribbon in a straight line or at an angle. Now hang your rainbow!
