Hot glue the end of the twine cording to the bottom of the clear wine bottle. Continue wrapping the twine around the wine bottle until the twine is about half-way up the bottle. Trim the twine and glue the end to the bottle.
Prime your mini chalkboard sign with a piece of white chalk. See step 1 in the first project in this post to see why this is important.
Use a chalk marker to write the table number onto the mini chalkboard sign and place it onto the neck of the clear wine bottle.
To style, place the wine bottle on a wood slice. Add an air plant, lavender, a metal orb, and a peony for a pop pf color.
