Trail Mix is one of my family’s all time favorite snacks. I love making my own trail mix with our favorite fruits and nuts, especially when I can make some for a party or celebration! Serve this recipe in Wild West themed snack cups and you'll have the perfect party snack for all the guests to enjoy!

Ingredients:
Fills 24 Cupcake Cups
  • 1 c. Raw Cashews
  • 1 c. Raw Almonds
  • 1/2 c. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 c. Goji Berries
  • 1/2 c. Dried Cherries
  • 1/2 c. Dried Blueberries
  • 1/3 c. Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/3 c. Dried Dates
  • 6-8 White Chocolate Wafers

Combine all the ingredients except white chocolate in a medium-sized bowl.

Melt the white chocolate wafers in a small glass bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds or until melted.

Drizzle the melted white chocolate on top of the trail mix.

Next, mix the ingredients until the trail mix is thoroughly coated with White Chocolate.
