The only thing better than drinking rosé all day is eating it too! These delicious tea sandwiches are filled with rosé infused cream cheese and topped with a sweet strawberry. They pair perfectly with a cold glass of rosé and were a hit at my Yes Way Rosé Sip & See Party.
- 12 Slices White Bread
- 8oz. Package Cream Cheese (softened)
- 4-6 Tbsp. Rosé
- 6 Strawberries
Using a round cookie cutter, cut circles out of the center of the bread slices.
Place the softened cream cheese into a food processor, and add 4 tablespoons of rosé. Pulse until well combined. Taste, and add more rosé if preferred. Continue to pulse and taste until you are happy with the flavor. Another option is to add some sliced strawberries into the food processor and pulse into the cream cheese for a sweeter flavor.
Spread a good amount of rosé cream cheese between two circle rounds making a sandwich.
To make the sandwich picks, wrap a little gold washi tape around a bamboo cocktail fork and use scissors to cut out a notch.
Place a strawberry slice on top of each tea sandwich, and secure with a bamboo pick.
