My kids love seeing their name next to their stocking so I made these rustic tags to coordinate perfectly on my Buffalo Plaid Mantel. All you need are a few items to create a personalized, rustic look on your mantel this year.
Using a pencil, write names on the back of the rustic wood ornaments. I like the look of cursive when writing the name.
Go over the pencil writing in black Sharpie marker. Use an eraser to erase any left over pencil lines.
Add silver and gold by metallic markers around the black cursive name.
Tie the personalized rustic ornaments around the top off your stocking loop.
Hang the stockings on your Christmas mantel. You can add one more rustic ornament showing the image on the front.
