When having a S'mores Station at your event, you will of course provide the ingredients for your guests to make classic s'mores. But why not kick it up a notch and offer a few unique s'more combinations? We've put together some unexpected ingredients along with quintessential s'mores components to give you a brand new s'more experience! We will show you how to make candied bacon s'mores, roasted berries s'mores and toasted coconut caramel s'mores! This is one recipe you won't want to miss!

Ingredients:
  • 1 Bag Marshmallows
  • 1 Box Graham Crackers
  • 1 Package Milk Chocolate Bars
  • 1 Package Dark Chocolate Bars
  • 1/2 lb Bacon
  • 1/3 c Brown Sugar
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1/2 c Strawberries
  • 1/2 c Raspberries
  • 1/2 c Blueberries
  • 1/4 c Granulated Sugar
  • Caramel Sauce
  • 1 Bag Shredded Sweetened Coconut
  • 1 Package Pizzelle Cookies

Let's start with our candied bacon s'mores! For this particular s'more you will need the bacon, brown sugar, freshly cracked black pepper, a Graham Cracker, a marshmallow and a 3-squares of dark chocolate.

To candy the bacon, simply lay the bacon strips on a foil-lined baking sheet and then sprinkle with brown sugar and black pepper. Use your fingers to gently press the sugar and pepper into the bacon.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and then flip the bacon and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

To make your candied bacon s'more, halve a piece of the bacon and place it on a Graham Cracker square. Top it with a 3-sqaure of dark chocolate, a roasted marshmallow and another Graham Cracker square. The mix of candied bacon, marshmallow and dark chocolate is absolutely delicious!

Let's move on to our roasted berries s'mores. For this s'more combination you will need the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, granulated sugar, 2 Pizzelle Cookies, a marshmallow and a 3-square of dark chocolate.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix all the berries and sugar together. Once combined, spread the fruit on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

To put the roasted berry s'more together, layer a 3-square of dark chocolate onto a Pizzelle cookies followed by a roasted marshmallow and a spoonful of the roasted berries and then top with a second Pizzelle cookie. Although a little messy, this upgraded s'more is simply scrumptious.

Now for our toasted coconut caramel s'more! For this s'more you will need the shredded coconut, caramel sauce, a Graham Cracker, a marshmallow and a 3-square of milk chocolate.

To toast the coconut, simply place it in a non-stick skillet and heat on low to medium heat until it browns.

To create the s'more, place a 3-square of milk chocolate on a Graham Cracker followed by a roasted marshmallow. Drizzle the marshmallow with a bit of caramel sauce, then a pinch of toasted coconut and top with another Graham Cracker.
