Happy holidays! I’m excited to share an adorable and easy Christmas dessert with you today. Make these darling snowball elf cupcakes for your next holiday party and your guests will be smiling from ear to ear! Each cupcake displays a silly little elf covered in what seems to be a giant snowball!
- Candy Melts
- Vanilla Cupcakes
- Vanilla Frosting
Gather candy melts and leaf candy mold to make your elf ears.
In a microwave safe dish, melt candy melts on high in 30 second increments until candy is completely melted and smooth.
Carefully spoon melted candy into leaf molds. Allow to cool, remove small leaves and set aside.
Draw small elf shoes onto green felt with a pen and cut elf shoes out with scissors. Take your red striped paper straws and cut in half for the elf legs.
Hot glue one green elf shoe onto the bottom of a red striped paper straw.
Hot glue another green elf shoe onto the bottom of your straw.
Insert leaves, mini Santa hat, and two straws into the top of a frosted vanilla cupcake.
