Start this project by painting your Flat Ceramic Pumpkins in your perfect spooky colors. I painted mine peach and gray.

After the base color is dry, go back and add in contrasting brushstrokes to each pumpkin for a more modern look.

Next, using these adorable assorted houses you can begin to paint them. I decided to paint the actual houses and the ground they were sitting on, but left the rooftops plain.

Next, I gathered all my embellishments for each house. I used black and white ribbon (I later found this BAT ribbon which would have been amazing), silver chenille sticks and mini skull beads.

Each home received a fun rooftop detail! I used only the brown, rust and cream skull beads to add detail to the smallest house. The largest silver house got a single silver chenille trim piece. And the medium sized house got a fun black and white ribbon added.

Then, I took one of the black and green striped Witch Headbands and cut off the witch's legs and hot glued them to my medium sized house. How cute does that look!

The final setup is the best part! I laid a roll of artificial green grass as the base. Next, I set out each of the houses and around them nestled painted Witch's Cauldrons, spray painted Witch's Broom Pens, Black Sisal Trees, Black Yarn Pom poms and the painted brushstroke pumpkins!

On the wall I hung spooky feathered bats and a fun Gothic Halloween Wreath.
