These personalized shamrock boxes filled with chocolate gold coins make the perfect St. Patrick’s Day party favor! Requiring just craft paint and stickers, the boxes are easy enough for young children to decorate for their friends. The only challenge is keeping them from eating all the chocolate while crafting!

Paint the outside of the shamrock box with an even coat of green craft paint. Let the paint dry completely and apply a second coat if needed.

Add letter stickers if you would like to personalize the box.

Fill with chocolate coins and a little gold metallic shred and you’re done! We made several of these to give to my daughters’ neighborhood friends. Once the chocolates are gone they can be used as little keepsake treasure boxes!
