Start by using the string on the honeycomb balls to tie them to the shamrock garland.
Continue to incorporate a mix of gold and green honeycomb balls by tying them to the garland and spacing them out evenly until you get the fullness of the runner that you want. Trim the excess string from the honeycomb ball.
Arrange the honeycomb garland down the center of the table. I displayed my on top of a gold metallic runner and then scattered shimmering shamrocks and chocolate gold coins among it.
