Every time we have a party at our house, our white chocolate covered chocolate sandwich cookies are always requested. Which, always makes me happy for a number of reasons. #1 These cute little treats are easy and fast to make. #2 You can dress them up to match almost any party or holiday. #3 They are delicious, so I don’t mind having a few extra left over after our celebration.
Place the white chocolate melting chips in a microwavable bowl and place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Take out the chocolate and stir it before placing it in the microwave for another 30 seconds. Keep repeating stirring and microwaving the chocolate until the white chocolate is all melted.
Use a fork and place one chocolate sandwich cookie in the melted chocolate.
Turn the cookie over and make sure the entire cookie has been covered in melted chocolate. Take the cookie out of the chocolate and place on a cooling sheet. Let the cookies set for approximately 5 minutes before placing sprinkles on top.
Repeat dipping the cookies until all of your cookies have been covered in chocolate and topped with sprinkles.
