What better way to warm up on Valentine's Day than with Strawberry Conversation Heart Hot Cocoa! With their sweet messages of love, these colorful heart candies were the perfect inspiration for our party drink, a delicious Strawberry Cocoa Recipe! This recipe is incredibly easy, take only minutes to make and is so tasty we couldn’t help but sneak a cup of it for ourselves!
- Milk
- White Chocolate Chips
- 4-6 Tbsp. Strawberry Flavored Dessert Syrup
- Whipped Cream
- Honey
- Sweet Hearts Conversation Heart Candy
Start mixing up this delicious drink by warming the milk and chocolate chips on a stove top or in a microwave safe bowl.
Once the chocolate chips have dissolved into the warmed milk, slowly stir in 4-6 tablespoons of strawberry syrup into your milk and chocolate mixture until you have a nice bright pink color and a sweet strawberry flavor.
Next, crush up the Sweet Hearts Conversation Heart Candy. We simply placed them in a bag and rolled over them with a rolling pin but you could easily use the back of a spoon or a food processor.
Now, pour a small amount of honey on to a dish and coat the rim of the Clear Glass Milk Bottle. This will provide a surface for the Sweet Hearts Conversation Heart Candy to stick. Coat the rim of the bottle with the crushed Sweet Hearts Conversation Heart Candy sprinkles.
Now, pour the warm (not hot!) cocoa mixture into the Clear Glass Milk Bottle and top with a heaping serving of whipped cream.
For an extra sweet touch add more crushed Sweet Hearts Conversation Heart Candy and a Mint Green Striped Paper Straws and enjoy!
