This recipe for Toadstool Marshmallow Pops is time saving, cost effective and a surefire hot with your Super Mario fans! With chocolate, marshmallows and candy, these marshmallow pops are a great way to ensure your party is a smash!
- Marshmallows
- Vanilla Icing
- White Chocolate
- Red Food Coloring
- Edible Pen
- Lime Green Gumballs
Start by breaking your chocolate into chunks to allow it to melt faster and more easily.
Then, melt your white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, making sure to stir in between.
Add a few drops of red food coloring to create the perfect red tone for the toadstool.
Insert paper straws in the base of the marshmallows. Dip roughly half of the marshmallow into the red chocolate and allow to fully set and harden.
Add some white icing dots to the toadstool.
Now, using a food safe edible pen, add the eyes (two small lines).
Serve your pops at your Super Mario party and enjoy!
