One of the trickiest things about Thanksgiving dinner is keeping the kids entertained. A Kids’ Thanksgiving Table works wonders, but they still need some entertainment after dinner is finished. I usually like to have a collection of kids’ crafts and activities on hand to keep them happy and busy. These Thanksgiving Sand Crafts are perfect! They are easy, fun and look so pretty when they are finished. My girls LOVED making them. Here’s how we did it:
Place adhesive glue in 4-8 sections of the Fall Leaf Suncatcher.
Pour your favorite color of Rainbow Craft Sand on the Fall Leaf Suncatcher, covering the glue.
Dump excess sand off of the Fall Leaf Suncatcher and let dry completely (at least 10 minutes).
Place adhesive glue in 4-8 more sections of the Fall Leaf Suncatcher.
Pour another color of Rainbow Craft Sand Assortment on the Fall Leaf Suncatcher, covering the glue.
Dump excess sand off the Fall Leaf Suncatcher and let dry completely (at least 10 minutes). Repeat as many times as desired with additional colors.
Have kids hang their creations in a window, turn them into necklaces or assemble the suncatchers into a garland and enjoy!
