Apply Mod Podge® to a white painted faux pumpkin. I spray painted the pumpkins the night before. Apply Mod Podge® to sections of the pumpkin so it will not dry before you attach the tissue paper.
Adhere the tissue paper squares onto the pumpkin. Gently smooth the tissue paper with finger tips.
Allow the tissue paper to dry completely. Next, apply a thin coat of Mod Podge® using a foam brush. This will seal the tissue paper onto the pumpkin. Allow to dry before using as decor.
