With a little imagination and creativity, you can make a toadstool fairy house from a paper cup and paper plate! Add to your Spring garden or keep inside for dollhouse play; either way your kids will love creating their very own toadstool house to play with. To create the fairy house, we used white dessert plates, white paper cups, paint, gnome figurines, and a few other odds and ends! Let your kids get creative when designing their toadstool houses; make the mushroom top pink, blue or orange. Add windows, butterflies or color to the house. Check out how Ella and Annie used their inner artist to make this fairy house come alive!

Paint your fairy house on the white paper cup using the rainbow paint strip. We painted grass and flowers to decorate our toadstool house. Different sized paint brushes will give you different brush strokes. The fanned out paint brush worked great for the grass!
