Celebrate summertime with Ella and Annie's adorable craft roll 3-dimensional cactus craft! We've learned that you can create pretty much anything with craft rolls. These blooming cacti plants are easy to make and appropriate for beginners. Grab some green acrylic paint, paint brushes, a black sharpie or black paint and our colorful flower embellishments to get started. We recommend using the white craft rolls when painting, they only require 1-2 coats of paint!
Paint the white craft rolls with tropical green paint and the traditional green acrylic paint.
Using a fine tip paint brush or black Sharpie® marker, add the cactus needles.
Using scissors, cut two slits down the side of one craft roll (the same width apart as the craft roll). Slide another craft roll over the slits. Repeat with each cacti.
With a hot glue gun, glue the flower jewels onto the cactus to make it bloom!
