Use a pencil to trace around the Christmas tree template onto a piece of white construction paper.
Use scissors to cut a tree trunk out of brown construction paper. Glue the trunk to the bottom of the Christmas tree outline.
Use scissors to cut a piece of green construction paper into 1" strips.
Invite your kids to tear the strips of green construction paper into smaller squares. Then, use a glue stick to adhere the green squares to form the tree branches.
Pick out a glitter star and glue it to the top of the tree.
Now that your tree is finished, it's time to add some decorations! With the help of an adult, use a hot glue gun to attach tinsel pom-poms in the colors of your choice to the tree.
