This Tropical Sunshine drink recipe is a perfect summer drink to sip on your porch or serve at your next summer party. There are only a few ingredients and you won't need any special shakers. But the pineapple tumbler glass is a must.
- 2 oz. Malibu Rum
- 1/2 c. Ginger Ale
- 1/2 c. Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup (or to taste)
- Pineapple Chunks and Lime Wedges for Garnish
Add 2 oz. of Malibu Rum or your favorite coconut rum. Feel free to use a jigger to measure your alcohol or simply eyeball it! Sometimes it’s okay to live dangerously!
Pour in 1/2 cup Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer will work too. I tend to gravitate to Ginger Beer because it has less sugar added and typically features real ginger.
Add in 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice. Simple syrup is a great way to sweeten your drink.
