Give your guests the comfort of not having to choose their own seats by using placecards. These stamped placecards are easy to make and give a pop of color to the white plates. Start up your favorite new movie, grab your guest list, and let’s start stamping.

You are going to use the ruler as a straight edge to rip the paper. Hold the ruler down across the paper. Rip the paper against the ruler.

Move the ruler down the paper about 1.5″ Rip a strip of paper. The rough edges of the placecards look great on the beach-inspired table.

Tear enough strips for all of your placecards.

Starting with the first letter of each name at the top, stamp the first name down the strip of paper.

To style the place cards on the table, layer them between silver trim dinner plates and silver trim dessert plates. The longer the name, the longer the place cards will stick out between the plates. Add a fresh sprig of fern and a white napkin to complete the look on the fern table runner with blue champagne flutes. Make sure to see the entire tropical beach tablescape,  DIY sand covered votive holders and coconut pineapple margaritas to complete the theme.
