Cut 22" lengths of black tulle.
Fold the cut strips in half and tie them to the string of lights by taking the center point and make a loop around the light set. Pull the ends of the tulle through the loop you just made until the light set is covered with tulle. We used two lengths of tulle in between each light. Tie paper lanterns and tissue fans to the lights.
