Cut the center of the white paper plate out. Paint the remaining rim of the paper plate with brown acrylic paint.
Trace a 3 1/2"to 4" circle on brown construction paper and cut it out. Glue two googly eyes onto the brown circle. Cut a small orange triangle with orange construction paper for the turkey's beak and a red small rain drop shape for the turkey's wattle using red construction paper. Glue all shapes to the turkey's face.
Use hot glue to attach the turkey's face to the paper plate. Have an adult apply the hot glue for this step.
Squeeze white glue on the paper plate's rim and press tissue paper squares with various colors into the white glue on the paper plate's rim.
Continue to fill the rim of the paper plate with the tissue paper squares until you fill the enitre paper plate. Hang the paper plate turkey wreath on your door for everyone to see!
