First take a flat paintbrush and your acrylic paints. Paint the house one color and the roof another. For the small house we painted the house red and the roof white.
While the paint is still wet, sprinkle on the craft snow, this is one of the most fun parts and kids will really love helping with!
Download the Unicorn DIY Christmas House Free Printables here. Cut out some Christmas lights, shutters and the green and red sugar plum fairy and unicorn duo. Fold the flap under the friends to make a glue strip.
Use some tacky glue to attach the printable lights, shutters, the unicorn and sugar plum fairy and attach more snow if needed.
Using some of the Glitterific Acrylic paint and a detail brush add some glittery details to the house; paint the star, add some on the edges, put some on the shutters. Make the house as magical and glittery as you want!
Add even more glitter to the unicorn and fairy for added magic!
Attach the sisal wreath with either hot glue or a straight pin and the small house is complete!
The medium house is painted white and topped with a pink roof (mix red and white paint to make a pretty soft pink). Add red candy cane shutters and put a pink swirled candy over the front window.
Lots of gold glitter found its way on this house and all over the little pink fairy and unicorn.
The large house has different color candy shutters and cute little candy swirls in between the windows. Mix some red and white paint to make pink for the house and red for the roof. The printable unicorn and fairy with the red hats are the ones we used on this one.
