Cocktail mocktail! You can never go wrong with either! I created these drinks to please everyone in the crowd. Their pretty pink color is perfect for toasting your sweetheart or your besties, not to mention they look great on your party table! You’ll need just a few ingredients and you’re set.

Yields 12 Cups
- I Bottle Sparkling Cider
- 1 Bottle Sparking White Wine/Prosecco/Champagne
- 1 Can Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
- Rock Candy Lollipops

Remove Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri mix from freezer and thaw.

Place 1 Tablespoon (or more to taste) in the bottom of each champagne flute

Top each glass with either Sparkling Cider or Sparkling White Wine
