Cut out your heart template by folding a piece of square card stock in half and cutting a heart. Then use that template and trace it onto two pieces of card stock.
Cut out two hearts that you've traced.
Using a hot glue gun, glue together the two hearts, leaving the top of the hearts open.
To add the handle to the hanging heart, hot glue a 12 inch piece of cording to the top corners of the heart.
