Once everyone settles in to watch the movie, they are going to need a few refreshing snacks to enjoy. This DIY Vintage Movie Candy tray is the perfect way to help make sure everyone has what they need.

Spray paint the DIY Large Wood Tray with aqua spray paint. I like to use Krylon® Chalky Finish paint because it dries super fast!

Use the washi tape to create a stripe pattern on the painted wood tray.

Use white paint to paint in between the washi tape.

Once the paint is dry, remove the washi tape to reveal the striped pattern.

Cut a piece of ribbon 36" or more based on the height of who will be carrying the tray. Thread the ribbon through one handle and tie a knot. Loop the remaining red ribbon around to the other handle and tie another knot.

With the red ribbon, tie two bows. Use hot glue to attach it to each handle where you tied the knot.

Place a few mini square appetizers bowls inside the tray and fill them with candy. Add popcorn bags filled with popcorn and drinks.

Walk around the party and pass out candy and popcorn to guests who need a sweet treat.
