Paint the wood slat sign and clothespins with acrylic paint. Allow time to dry.
Apply washi tape to one side of the clothespins. Use a craft knife to cut off the excess tape. Glue a button to the clothespin and glue the clothespin to the wood slat sign using a glue gun.
Paint a number onto each of the bags. Allow time to dry. Apply washi tape around the base of the bag. Fill each bag with a treat or trinket and clip the bags to the sign.
Glue burlap ribbon to the back of the sign to form a hanger. Tie a burlap bow and glue the bow to the hanger. Embellish with a wood button.
