There are two main details that every wedding reception needs – centerpieces and table numbers. With this tutorial we are going to show you how to create a centerpiece that plays double duty as both decor and table number! Using our free printable you can easily create these acrylic vase table numbers that make a stunning centerpiece. And as a bonus, we are also sharing our floral arranging advice!
Using our free printable, print and cut out large numbers on to paper or cardstock. Place washi tape on the back of the number you are using and stick to the center of your vase.
Once the front of your vase has dried use a round sponge brush to paint dots on the backside. This adds a fun pattern that you will see through your vase table number.
Secure the grid by carefully wrapping an extra piece of floral tape around the top of your vase.
Begin your floral arrangement by placing the greens in the center squares of your grid. Then add in your largest flower to the same center squares. Adding the largest flowers in first will help establish the height and shape of your arrangement. Fill the outside squares of your grid with two to three different types of smaller flowers.
Make sure to keep in mind your arrangement will be viewed from all directions and arrange the florals with this in mind.
