Ingredients:
4 servings
  • Ice
  • 1 white peach
  • 4 oz vodka
  • 12 tsp peach preserves
  • 8 drops lemon juice
  • Prosecco

Chop four small wedges from white peach for garnish. Chop the remainder of the peach into ½ inch small cubes.

Fill 4 gold stemmed champagne glasses with chopped white peach cubes.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, 4 oz vodka, 12 teaspoons peach preserves, and 8 drops of lemon juice. Shake vigorously.

Strain liquid from cocktail shaker, dividing evenly between the 4 champagne glasses.

Top with prosecco! Garnish with a small white peach wedge and cheers stir stick, and serve with coral beverage napkins
