Following the line, cut out three planks from the Fadeless® White Shiplap Bulletin Board Paper Roll in lengths long enough for your backdrop.
To create a birch branch, cut by hand several "tree notches" from brown paper from the American Crafts Earthtones Cardstock Variety Pack. Attach them to the tree trunks with Double-Sided Tape.
Hang the tree trunks on the wall with double-sided tape.
Cut a "V" shaped branch from scrapbook paper and trim pieces of the leaf garland included in the Woodland Party 1st Birthday Decorating Kit.
Attach the branch and leaves to the wall with double-sided tape.
Add Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Garland to the Vintage Wood Chandelier.

Hang Woodland Party Mylar Balloons on both sides of the chandelier.
