the candy came with a open and the Gum was like a dirty purple I was not pleased at all

The color was more on the red side like another review said. Did not look great color wise but its gumballs sooo... served its purpose.

Not as pictured
I was looking for candy to add to color to my dessert table for my wedding reception. Our wedding colors are navy blue and soft pink. I was excited that Oriental Trading actually had navy blue items. When I saw the shimmer bubble gum I immediately loved the color and was excited to add them to my table. Unfortunately the gumballs I received are almost red with a light spattering of light pink shimmer on them; nowhere near enough to make them look like the picture above. I now am stuck with almost red-looking gumballs for my navy and soft pink wedding.

Not pink
I ordered these for a pink candy buffet. They said they were bright pink. The picture shows more of a pastel pink, so no surprise that when I got them, they were more of a light red. I will just have to try to use them for July 4th.

True to its color
I brought these for a Dr. Seuss themed party candy buffet table. The bag had a small hole in it when they arrived to my house. I have to wrap the package in plastic until the event, so that the gumballs would not go stale. Someone probably just throw the package together.

Great Taste
These were some of the best tasting gumballs I have had in a while. They did not offer the chemical taste that most colored gumballs have. They were also softer than most...which is a good thing. They should not have jaw breaker candy qualities, as some others I have tried had. The flavor lasted quite a while after chewing. Will definitely purchase again.

Weird color
These were purchased for our high school "Gatsby" themed prom. The gold color is a little strange. Not really gold... not really yellow. Thankfully, our room will be dimly lit.
