Font smaller than expected
I have had many printed pencils. The font on this set was smaller than I would have expected.

Not happy with color contrast
The black ink used to engrave the pencils make the engraving not very visible. I did not like the color contrast at all. Disappointed.

Not so good
The letters were just pressed into the wood, with no paint or stain, so were difficult to read. I had to go back and use wood stain on each pencil to make them easier to read.

so-so
printing was a little blurry and pencils are wrapped in some sort of material vs painted. My electric pencil shrpener has a really hard time sharpening these as does my manual crank. Still price was cheap and they came fast. Ok for kids but not as nice as I would have liked for myself.

Very disappointed
I am sorry to say that I was extremely disappointed with the personalized pencils I ordered for my daughters shower. The personalization was very choppy and hard to read it looked like I tried to do it myself. I was not very happy when I received my order.

Nice pencils, quick turn-around
I bought the blue personalized pencils. They were very nice for a promotional give-away. Also Oriental Trading Company fulfilled the order very fast (I needed the pencils quickly). I didn't think OTC would be able to do it -- but they did! Very good buy!

Imprint on pencils was Weak
We loved these pencils and the concept, however the printing on the pencils was very weak, and varied from pencil to pencil, On many of them we were barely able to read the message. We had no choice but to put them in the goodie bags due to time constraints but we would have preferred to send them back to be redone. Also, be aware, there was not much room to write more than a few short words, or in our case, two names.
