Fruit infused cocktails are a summertime fave especially when we can dress them up and serve them at our events. We named this cocktail the "Bicycle Built for Two" to go along with our recent Romantic Bicycle inspired Wedding. It's full of Prosecco, white cranberry juice, delicious pear juice and some fresh sliced pears; creating a slightly sweet and bubbly beverage you won't want to quit!
- 1 Pear (sliced)
- 1.5 c. Prosecco
- 1/2 c. White Cranberry Juice
- 1 c. Pear Juice
Combine the white cranberry juice and pear juice in a large carafe and then portion it out evenly into 6 Gold Scalloped Champagne Flutes.
Top each glass off with the Prosecco, distributing evenly.
Add in a few slices of fresh pear, serve and enjoy!
