When styling our Romantic Bicycle Inspired Wedding, we wanted to incorporate bicycle-themed elements while adding a chic and elegant twist to them. Our DIY Bicycle Wheel Seating Chart is the perfect example! We took everyday items, added a coat of paint and some glue and came up with an elegant seating chart that not only fit the theme of our wedding, but added a fabulous piece of decor to our wedding vignette!
Begin by adding a coat of metallic gold spray paint to a ring from the Obstacle Course Ring Set, a Bike Chain Bracelet and one of the spools of Craft Wire. Allow to dry.
Using a wide Paintbrush, add 2-3 coats of White Paint to 4 DIY Slat Signs. Allow to dry.
Once dry, add thin lines of Wood Glue to the interior sides of the DIY Slat Signs and glue together forming one, large sign.
Hot Glue the painted Bike Chain Bracelet to the center of the bike wheel, covering the ends of the skewers.
Print your seating chart cards on Cream Cardstock and then Hot Glue them to the skewer spokes of the wheel.
Hot Glue a variety of Faux Floral Greenery, Frosted Greenery Stems and Faux Floral Stems to the sign surrounding the Ring and then fill in with fresh flowers.
Hot Glue the painted Craft Wire spool inside the Bike Chain Bracelet to resemble the hub of the bike wheel.
Place your DIY Bicycle Wheel Seating Chart on a Wooden Easel so it serves as a lovely piece of decor at your Romantic Bicycle Inspired Wedding!
