- Pepperidge Farm® Lemon Cookies
- Vanilla Cake Frosting
- Pink and Blue Food Coloring
- Pink Food Coloring Gel
- Pearl Cupcake Decorations
Start whipping up this under the sea treat by pairing up a few cookies.
Mix up 2 different colors of icing; blue and pink.
Place your icing into the piping bag and begin to fill your cookie with frosting. Start with the pink icing in the bottom of the bag and place the blue on top. The colors will mix as they come out of the bag.
Add a second lemon cookie pressing firmly at the base and gently at the top
Place a single chocolate candy inside the "clam shell" by pressing it gently into the icing filling.
Use the pink gel icing to create ridge lines on the back of the cookie.
Place a few while pearl decorations along the gel icing ridges.
