The play on the baby bottle, instead of a champagne bottle, bursting into a bevy of balloon bubbles is sure to garner you a giggle and nod of approval from your guests. Follow the easy peasy steps below to create your own!

Begin by mixing a bit of baking powder to light blue paint and mixing it well. The amount of baking powder you add will depend upon the amount of paint you're mixing it into. You want the consistency to be somewhat thicker than paint alone and for it to "bubble" up a bit when you stir it. The baking powder will give the paint a matte, chalky finish and will allow it to better stick to plastic. Paint 25 Blue Baby Bottle Favor Containers with the light blue paint and baking powder mixture and set aside to dry.

Next, create a balloon garland using a mix of Black 9" Latex Balloons, White 9" Latex Balloons, Black 11" Latex Balloons and White 11" Latex Balloons following the steps found here. Once you've created your desired length, tie the garland onto removable adhesive hooks using fishing line. Be sure to position one end close to the mouth of the baby bottle balloon to look as if the balloon "bubbles" are shooting from the bottle.
