As summer approaches, nothing's better than enjoying a breezy evening under the stars. Create the ultimate viewing spot for your star-studded Under the Stars Backyard Movie Party with these DIY Movie Tents.
You will need four 1 x 2 boards each cut 4 ft. each. Drill a 5/8" hole in the top and bottom of each of the boards. Line two of the boards up and place a dowel rod in the top and bottom holes. Repeat on the opposite side to create an A-frame tent.
Cover the A-frame with Black with Silver Star Gossamer Fabric. Since the fabric is thin I doubled it up and stapled it to the A-frame using heavy-duty staples and a staple gun.
Hang the hanging star decorations from the side of the tent.
String the Black and White Tassel Garland along each side of the A-frame tent opening. Add a few hanging stars in the center of the tent. Create a lighted pathway with the Silver Accent Bulb String Lights on each side of the tent.
Add pillows and blankets for comfort and settle in to enjoy the movie from your own glam tent under the stars!
