The Wicked Witch was almost always able to stay one step ahead of Dorothy and her ruby red slippers all thanks to her mystical crystal ball. We brought this iconic piece of decor to life for our Wicked Witch Inspired Halloween Party using a few simple crafting supplies. Here's how to get started.
Begin by coating the inside of the Round Glass Vase with Green Acrylic Paint. We used a bristled Paint Brush to add a textured, mystical look.
Add a layer of black spray paint to a Foam Wreath and allow to dry.
Hot Glue the painted Wreath onto a Plastic Black Dinner Plate then Hot Glue it onto a Gold Mercury Glass Candle Holder.
Add a coat of black spray paint to some Faux Pink Peony Stems, Faux Floral Stems and Frosted Greenery Stems then stick the stem portion into the Foam Wreath. Arrange the flowers until the Wreath is fully covered.
Add in a few Black Ostrich Feathers and Black Jumbo Duck Quills.
Carefully place the painted round glass vase onto the Black Dinner Plate and your DIY Crystal Centerpiece is complete!
