Silverware Holders are a nice way to bundle your silverware. These Felt Silverware Holders are perfect for kids. They nicely keep the silverware together. If you ask me, it looks like the fork and spoon are neatly tucked into bed which is totally appropriate for a kids pajama party. Grab a Gigantic Fantastic Felt Sheet and make sure it is vertically oriented. Using a ruler or tape measure, draw a line 3.5" wide down the length of the sheet of felt. You can fit two 3.5" wide strips per sheet of felt.
Using fabric scissors, cut out your two strips. I ended up making 6 felt silverware holders, so I used 3 sheets of felt. You can also mix and match colors if you want.
Fold over an inch or so of your felt strip and glue in place with a Surebonder® Low Temperature Mini Glue Gun and Surebonder® Mega Glue Sticks.
Using your silverware as a guide, place hot glue on the sides of your felt strip and fold the felt over to secure in place. This will make a nice pocket for your silverware to sit in.
Download the Free Donut Sticker Printable here! Cut out your donut stickers and place one on the front of the felt silverware holder. I printed mine on sticker paper so I was able to just stick mine on. You can print it on card stock and use a bit of hot glue to secure it in place too.
