Download and print the free Let's Fiesta invitation on white cardstock.
Use tissue paper and a small hole punch or punch board to punch holes in the paper to create small round pieces of confetti. You can punch 4-5 layers of tissue paper at a time.
Next, cut the tissue paper into thin strips and then cut it into smaller pieces to create longer strips of confetti.
Continue cutting the tissue paper and metallic streamer until you have a big pile and variety of confetti.
Fill out the invitation with all the party details and place the printed invitation inside a clear cellophane gift bag.
