Make a ballon garland with Neon 11" Latex Balloons and Balloon Decorating Strip. Hang the balloon garland above the neon fringe backdrop using tape.
Cover your table with a black table covering. Create height at the back of your table by adding risers and cake stands.
Fill Candy Buffet Cylinders and Clear Containers with neon toys like Flashing Neon Stretchy YoYos and Flashing Spike Rings. Place the containers on the risers and cake stands.
