Lay out the Large Neon Skeleton Tote Bag with the back facing up. Next, trim 4 lengths of Natural Cording to create the Tic-Tac-Toe grid. Cut 2 lengths for the vertical lines and 2 lengths for the horizontal lines.
Lay out the cording on the tote bag to form the grid and secure with hot glue.
Create an "X" by gluing two Ceramic Bones together. Repeat, making 5 sets of crossbones. Select 5 Neon Mini Pumpkins for the "O's".
To store, place the bones in a Transparent Zipper Pouch. Place the pouch and the pumpkins inside the Skeleton Tote Bag for easy portability.
