Get ready for a Halloween Dance Party with this fun DIY "Let's Boogie" Halloween Party Banner. Gather all the boys and ghouls for a fun dance party featuring this LED party banner. Start by downloading the free "Let's Boogie" template. Print and cut with scissors or upload to your favorite cutting machine software. Trace and cut the letters onto iron-on vinyl or cut with your favorite cutting machine.
Place the vinyl letter in the center of one of the DIY Black Canvas Banners. Apply heat with either an iron or EasyPress per the vinyl instructions. Remove the protective film to reveal the letter.
Repeat for all the letters, keeping one banner blank in between "let's" and "boogie" for spacing.
Lay out the LED Cool White Mini String Lights.
Starting with the "L"; place the strand of lights on the backside of the banner pennant about 1 inch from the top. You will be folding the pennant over the light strand to create a pocket. Apply hot glue and fold over the pennant to secure. Be sure not to apply glue to the light strand, you will want to be able to move the pennant freely over the lights.
Continue with the rest of the lettered pennants, spacing the pennants so that lights show.
Remove a bat from the Halloween Bat Garland and glue it to the blank center pennant. Save the rest of the Bat Garland for the front of your party table.
Proudly hang up your banner, adjusting the letters along the lights as needed.
