This simple wreath will make a big impact on your front door this Christmas. All you need are two holly berry silk garlands and a wire wreath frame. Wrap the garlands around the frame and hang with a pretty ribbon and you have a beautiful and festive wreath that you can make in under 15 minutes. Crafting doesn't get much easier than that! Check out how nice it looks on my Plaid Christmas Front Porch.
Start by wrapping a 6-inch piece of floral wire around the end of one of a holly leaf silk garland. Use the floral wire to connect the garland around the outside ring of an 18-inch wire wreath frame. Trim any excess wire if needed.
Begin wrapping the holly garland around the wreath frame. Wrap it loosely enough so that you can spread it out as needed. Position the berries on the garland so they are facing forward on the wreath as you wrap.
Add a second garland by attaching it to the end of the first garland with floral wire. Finish wrapping the garland around the wire frame until you have covered it all. Distribute the garland as needed to give full coverage around the frame without any big gaps.
Finish by hanging your wreath with a pretty ribbon (this buffalo plaid ribbon is a fun option). Check out how great this wreath looks as part of my Plaid Christmas Front Porch!
