A cool pair of shades are a must for when you hit the pool! These rainbow sunglasses are fun to make and even more fun to wear! All you need are basic sunglasses and chenille stems to make the rainbow, and pom-poms for the clouds. Whip up a bunch of these for all your guests at a rainbow unicorn pool party.
Start with red, orange, yellow, green and blue chenille stems. Cut the red stem to be 9.5 inches long. Cut the orange stem to be 9 inches long. Working in rainbow order, cut the other chenille stems to be 1/2 inch shorter than the previous one.
Line up all the ends of the chenille stems and twist. Repeat on the other side to create the rainbow.
Attach the rainbow to a pair of red sunglasses with a dab of hot glue on the inside of the frame.
Glue two white pom-poms to the front of the sunglasses at the base of each side of the rainbow.
