Each holiday season we love to get crafty and creative with our kids and make some Christmas themed artwork to display. Looking back on artful creations each year is always so fun and the kids love to get in the holiday spirit by crafting! This reindeer themed craft is a great way to keep little hands occupied. This artwork can be easily customized for your child's creative thinking using unique color combinations and various decorative embellishments. We love that this craft is perfect for at home creations or even as a class project in school!
Start creating your very own adorable reindeer by freehand cutting a Brown Bright Foam Sheet into two pieces as shown.
Layer the pieces over each other to create a head and snout. Adhere to another sheet of Bright Foam using Glue.
Using a Pencil, trace your child's hands onto Brown Construction Paper. Have children cut the shapes out with Scissors.
Using Glue, adhere the hand prints at the top of the head to create antlers.
Trim a piece of Red Satin Ribbon and tie it into a simple bow. Adhere the bow between the antlers using Glue.
Cut out simple shaped ears from the Brown Bright Foam Sheets and attach them next to the antlers.
Cut two circles out of White Bright Foam and GlueGoogly Eyes in the center. Affix the eyes to the reindeer.
Add a few fun embellishments, such as Snowflakes, then display your artwork all season long!
